Qingzhong Deng received the B.S. degree from Xi’an JiaoTong University, China, in 2012.He has been studying for his Ph.D. degree since 2012 in the School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, Peking University, China
Research Interests 

Silicon photonics, including FEM based simulation of photonics device, theoretical research and design of athermal SOI microring.
